VKS is established as a new branch of military for Russia. They combined the Russian Air Force and the Russian Aerospace Defense Forces to form a super group of engineers, scientists, and soldiers. This would be a great place to learn how Engineering is practiced and used immediately after it's created. Not to mention a group funded by Russian oligarchs has to be insane and I'm interested as to how they get their job done.
